At Prudential Select Properties, we believe in giving back to the local community. We show our appreciation by sponsoring special events open to the neighborhood, participating in charitable events and sponsoring various Sunshine Kids programs. In 2008 we were named the #9 contributor nationwide to the Sunshine Kids foundation.

The Sunshine Kids
The Sunshine Kids (SSK) is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to serving children with cancer. Established in 1982 The Sunshine Kids provides a variety of programs, free-of-charge, for children receiving cancer treatments in hospitals across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The organization is funded by contributions from individuals, corporations, and philanthropic foundations. In 2007, the Prudential Network raised $2.2 million USD.

Prudential Select Properites was recognied as the 10th largest Prudential contributer to the Sunshine Kids Foundation in 2007, raising $73,512. Throughout the year, Prudential Select Properties members participate in many fundraising activities including golf tournaments, auctions, trivia, and listing programs. Our listings that carry a Sunshine Kids logo represent a commitment by our agents to support the cause.

Prudential Select Properties agents that make a donation of $10 or more in their seller's name to the Sunshine Kids, receive special signage for the yard and the ability to use the SSK logo in their advertising efforts. In response to this effort, The Sunshine Kids Foundation, is sending cards to both the buyers and sellers to show them their appreciation for working with Prudential Select Properties and completing a transaction with people who care about more than just selling a home.
