St. Louis, Missouri. – Prudential Select Properties announced Steve Brightwell as the winner in the 2008 Vegas contest that was a part of their TeamBuilder Incentive Program. Steve was one of the 60+ names entered in a drawing for a trip to Las Vegas in March of 2009 that includes a 3 night stay at Mandalay Bay Resort, round-trip airfare and PREA Convention registration.
"Our sales associates became elligible for the Vegas Contest by assisting their manager in hiring a sales associate to the company. Steve was responsible for assisting me in hiring 5 sales associates to the St. Charles office in 2008!" said Deb Colburn, manager/owner.
The TeamBuilder Program is an innovative approach to recruitment and retention of sales professionals within the real estate industry. TeamBuilder creates additional earnings opportunities for Prudential sales professionals by having them participate in the recruiting process. Sales professionals are compensated on the success of the recruited individuals they bring to the company.
